What is Dysport®?
Botulinum toxin type A – hemagglutinin complex 300 U or 500 U in a bottle – peripheral muscle relaxant
It acts at the level of the neuromuscular junction, blocking the release of the neurotransmitter acetylcholine (a chemical substance through which the transmission of a nerve impulse is carried out at the junctions of nerves and muscles) interrupts the transmission of a nerve impulse from the nerve to the muscle, and it relaxes
The duration of the effect is 3-4 months. At the same time, it is possible to increase the interval between injections of the drug to 6-9 months
